The problem:

Currently, only 2% of Indians invest in the equity markets, which means the other 98% are missing out on a huge wealth creation opportunity. A big driver of that gap is 'paralysis by analysis' - the number of options and the amount of information out there have both made the process of investing seem increasingly complex. Meanwhile, high-quality wealth management services are reserved for the top 0.1% of the country, only increasing the wealth gap between them and everybody else. We want to change that.

We’re building a platform that curates and manages personalized portfolios at a fraction of the cost of a traditional wealth manager - saving investors time and putting their wealth creation on autopilot.

What will you be doing?

You will be part of the founding team and expected to wear many hats:

  1. Working closely with the founder to define ICP, value prop, brand positioning and strategy
  2. Executing on that strategy both hands on and in partnership with external vendors
  3. Defining and executing GTM for the product
  4. Helping iterate our product to PMF
  5. Planning, building, and hiring our internal marketing team
  6. Shaping and executing the long term vision of the product

What are our requirements?

We have the following professional preferences:

  1. 4+ years experience as a marketing manager at a pre-seed or seed stage, product-led, B2C startup
